Winter walk

I usually go outside for lunch when I'm at work. Below is our picnic table. I haven't eaten there in a while! The snow plow drivers are running out of places to put the snow. Big piles surround parking lots and roads.
It was a pretty day for a walk (once I had on all my winter gear - you know, the boots, the sweatshirt, the coat, the hat, scarf, and mittens.)

I hope you have a lovely weekend. Larry's birthday is tomorrow - who-whoo, he'll be 60 years old! We don't know where the time has gone, and we don't feel old, so how did this happen??
I am thankful for my sweetheart, and give him tons of credit. Every morning we get up early and exercise, and he is such a good sport about doing all these healthful things. I hope I'm still doing it when I'm 60!

We were both out looking at piles of snow today, weren't we, Diana!

Happy birthday to your husband and hope you both have a wonderful weekend! :)

Yikes! What IS that white stuff all over everything?? Marshmallow icing? Did a bakery explode near you???? Happy Birthday to your husband--go stick his candles in that icing--it'll be perfect!

Wow, maybe you can continue the amplifier cover project by making some red naugehyde people covers to keep the snow off... ? And then car covers, and maybe even a nice big cover for the house ?!? LOL, you sure are busy and full of ideas! Happy b-day to Larry... from us frogs here. Plenty of displaced frogs in the forest looking for homes these days, since a huge swath of southern France just got devastated by the last big storm here... we were spared in the northern parts of France... Enjoy the snow !

I know I said this before, but I would just love to take a walk in the snow. (and I would probably be getting a bit sick of the cold now).

Happy Birthday to Larry.
