Learning experience

Don't look closely, because there is lots of room for improvement, but this was a fun project. The colors are actually brighter in person. It's yet another representation of a sunrise.

Whew! The roads are finally clear, and we were able to visit my mom. As Daisy pointed out, I am very thankful to know she is well cared for, even when I am unable to visit.

I think its a beautiful representation of a sunset and it looks perfect from over on this side of the screen.
It seems so crazy to think of you getting your roads cleared when ours were going soft in the heat...

It's beautiful, Diana. I think it turned out very well.

I'm glad you were able to get out to visit your mom. It's frustrating not being able to do what you want to do when you want to do it. I'm sure she was glad to see you.

that's very very pretty Diana! I so enjoy seeing your mini quilts :)
I'm glad to hear you were able to visit your mom. Even though she is well cared for even when you can't make it out to see her, it must make you worry about her a little more. I hope you had a good visit ;)
