This is the first time I've ever bought a quilt kit. I saw it made up into an adorable baby quilt last weekend, and it seemed like a good idea at the time. I love this fabric.

AAK! The whole back of the quilt is supposed to be this. These pigs are not cute. In fact, they are rather scary looking. I think I better find something else to make the back out of. I don't want to scare any babies. 
A fun birthday message for a friend. I read today that the word fun is not an adjective - oops, I use it that way all the time. My bad. 
With the extra hour we had this weekend, I got started on some tiny projects for Christmas. I dislike everything about losing daylight savings (and summer) except for the fact that we get an extra hour on the weekend. That part I like!I hope you have a wonderful week.

I liked all the kits, they were all cheerful, and seemed to be fun to make into quilts for babies..if you keep that up your going to need another room, for just your quilting, ...Ginny
Aw...I think the little pigs are cute! HA HA! Maybe not as much as the chickens, but I still liked them. I'm sure whatever you use for the back it will turn out just fine.
I like the birthday message, and I like the cats on that material too. :D
Hi, Ginny! Believe it or not, that is all one kit. It also included some solid black and some black with white lines that look like chicken wire. I'm looking forward to putting it all together. :0)
Hi,Daisy! I am so relieved to hear that not everyone finds those pigs scary looking. Maybe if I piece them together with something else I'll like them, too. :>}
I think it will probably all work out really well - although I do agree that the piggys are rather, um, "in your face"!

I love all the fabric, even the pigs they may not be the cutest and I probably wouldnt use them with the others but on the own with a solid colour and they would look a little less mean.

That kit is sort of an odd combination- such gorgeous fabrics for the front but the ones for the back...?#?
Like your little projects!I need to start considering Christmas gifts for making but inspiration is sadly lacking. Perhaps looking at other folks ideas will get me going?!
