How thoughtful of your husband to put up that pegboard for you, Diana. What a nice surprise to come home to! The wall hanging that you made is very cute. I hope you have fun at the exchange. :)
Thanks, Daisy! It's one of those exchanges where everyone brings a wrapped unmarked gift and draws a number. #1 chooses the first gift, opens it, and shows everyone. #2 opens the next gift, and can decide to keep it or trade with #1. This continues with each successive person able to choose to trade for any of the opened gifts. Hilarity ensues. :>}
Oh, and by the way, the rules are: something you found, or made, or already had, or as a last resort bought for less than $10. Good opportunity for regifting. If someone opens a food item, it may be partly consumed when someone else comes along to trade. :>}
I have been happily married to Larry since 1980. We have two handsome sons and a charming black cat. I enjoy sewing, swimming, reading, and walking all equally, which works out well because I have something I enjoy doing no matter what the season.

Sounds like a good guy your Larry, if he plays the guitar AND puts up pegboards on a moment's notice...
Like your top with zebras and lions and elephants and all... so there's another quarter in the fund...
Hope all are well in Ohio...
