Easy pie crust and lovely leaves.

Pumpkin pie anyone? Wait until you see how easy this pie crust is! It's graham cracker crust, but instead of crushing the crackers and adding butter, I just lay the crackers in the bottom of a rectangular baking dish. This way the crust is delicious, and has much less fat than the other kind. Nice! The piece of pie above has about 210 calories. Not bad.
The leaves are so lovely - our favorites are these red ones.

This tree was probably prettier before it rained, but we enjoyed seeing it anyway.

And see how pretty the ground is, covered with red leaves.

Wow! God is the most amazing artist.

I don't have any new sewing projects to show you. It's flu shot season at the clinic, and selling 1100 flu shots is a lot of work! Do people in Denmark and Australia make such a big deal about getting flu shots in the fall?

Hello Diana, that is so easy, I would never think to do that, I always complicate things.
I have never had a flu shot myself. My dad gets them every year and my mum doesnt but she has the worse health of the 2.
Dad then gets the flu and mum doesnt.
Hope you have a good day.

The leaves have such beautiful colors! And the pie looks delicious!! In Denmark some companies offer flu-shots to their employees, and I think people older than 65 get vaccinated, other than that, nope. I have never had a flu-shot, I would probably just get sick from the shot, I usually do :-(

Using the graham crackers for a crust is a great idea, Diana. Makes it much easier to do and better for you too. Looks yummy! :D
