Ladydi, I'd keep it and just get another when and if I saw one on sale that I really liked. Then you can use the old one when your working in the yard and it will continue to serve you . Ginny
I have been happily married to Larry since 1980. We have two handsome sons and a charming black cat. I enjoy sewing, swimming, reading, and walking all equally, which works out well because I have something I enjoy doing no matter what the season.

I dont think it needs replacing at all. You can get many more layers of clothes underneath so can be nice and warm as well as dry.

It's nice to have such sensible friends! I like the way you think, Suzanne and Ginny, and I will definitely take your advice!
Diana, as long as you are smiling like that, nobody is going to notice your coat. All they will see is your smile. :-)
I think the coat looks fine anyway, and if it is warm and keeps you dry and you like it, I think you should keep it!
What a nice thing to say, Daisy! Another bit of good advice from a good friend!
